We generally provide a monthly site visit, arranged to suit your requirements and last about 2-3 hours. As part of this visit we:
- Check computers and the network to ensure performance and security solutions are functional.
- Conduct virus scans and software security updates
- Check Computers faults and perform errors analysis
- Get failed systems back online – this includes the dreaded BSOD (Blue Screen of Death)
- Monitor Servers, Backups
- Manage Databases and Complex Systems
Our Maintenance Packages provide you with cost-effective IT solution for your Orlando business and home, without the need to worry about technical glitches. We operate two maintenance schemes ‘pay as you go’ and ‘service contracts’.
